Frequently Asked Questions
What are your rates?
Project rates are subjected to the size of the project and duration required.
Feel free to contact us to request for a non-obligatory quotation.
How many photographs can each session yield?
Generally, We are able to create 15 to 25 photographs within a session. This number can vary depending on the size of the project, the complexity of the photos, and how much staging, styling needs to be done. Some clients request as few as eight photographs, and some of course need many more.
How can we work together better?
A detailed project brief if possible, starting from the basics (project name, address, residential or commercial) and ending with more aesthetic questions that will help us understand the scope of your project.
Providing us with a marked up floor plan with specific angles to be photographed (along with rendering, scouting photos and any additional instructions) would help greatly in defining the scope of your project.
On the day of the photoshoot, your presence is highly recommended when possible. We will start with a walk through of the project, discuss and talk through the shot list and identify any areas of concern.
Is digital post-production covered? How long does it take?
After your shoot is complete, we do and we will begin an extensive digital post-production and retouching process. This includes manual exposure blending, compositing, lighting adjustments, color correction, perspective adjustments, removing distracting elements, etc. This process generally takes about two weeks before the deliverables are ready for you.
